Friday

"Valentines layout"

Last week Erin (store owner) from Sweet Memories Scrapbooks gave the design team some holiday paper to work with. That's right, Valentines is right around the corner. Can you believe it??!!!! The time has come to share the love.LOL! So when I was thinking about what to do with this paper, I remembered a photo I took of my dad with the kids this past summer. I have been holding out on this picture for sometime now, but knew at that moment I needed to scrapbook this adorable moment of them. I know it's just a picture of them sitting in a chair, but the times they spend with their Papa Eddie is true happiness. I do believe this is what true LOVE looks like!!!!! Just like this quote says, “There is only one happiness in this life, to love and be loved.” -George Sand

Wednesday

A card says it all!

It's not often I get the chance to work on cards. So the other day I sat down and went to work on a few. It's nothing like working on a layout to me. When it comes to cards I can honestly say it's a bit of a challenge for me.

Do you have scraps? DON'T get raid of that unused paper. Like most of us I'm sure it's sitting around in your scrapbook room collecting dust or in a container somewhere just waiting to be used right? So pull it out and start using it. Make cards with it!! Trust me when I say, you'll be surprised when you see what you have been putting away all this time!

Spend sometime today an scrap happy!

My favortive time of the year to scrap!

So now that Christmas has come and gone it's time to get busy and scrapbook those wonderful memories. I really should think about making a Christmas album just for these layouts. It seems every year I take 400 pictures at Christmas then find it so hard to only pick a few to scrapbook. Next thing I know, I  have scrapped them ALL and over half the album has Christmas in it. So this year I promised myself I was only choosing a few. With the kids help I picked out the ones that meant a lot to them. Here are some layouts I have worked on over the past week.

Hope you have enjoyed some of my layouts with some
of the best scrapbooking products
I love and enjoy using!
 Happy Scrapbooking.
